After becoming incredibly Ill in December 2020 I was desperate for anything to help me retake control of my life. Not only has the practice of yoga helped ease my symptoms it has transformed who I am. I signed up for my first yoga teacher training in January of 2022. Throughout this journey, I learned so much more than just yoga. The training gave so much but scratched the surface on some topics that I really wanted to know more about which led me to sign up for my 300HR Yoga teacher training.

The practice of yoga is so special and unique to each individual. I hope to share that with the world through my teachings. I have a passion for yoga, and to show people its benefits both physical and mental on and off of the mat. My goal is to create a variety of classes for all yogis. Classes are crafted intentionally focusing on strength, flexibility, and mobility. I have studied Vinyasa and Yin yoga most intensely and enjoy putting together classes focused on digestion, psoriatic arthritis, scoliosis, knee, and joint pain, etc.

In my free time, I love doing yoga, reading, cooking, riding my peloton bike, and traveling. I especially enjoy spending time with my sister! She and I are best friends.

With all of the knowledge I have gathered in my different pieces of training, I am confident that I can create yoga classes students will love. I can adjust you in poses (yes, even virtually) by using my voice to help you to achieve poses with proper alignment. I aim to have each student leave my classes feeling strong and confident.
